The Riverside Humane Society appreciates all who make a charitable contribution to the Pet Adoption Center. The Riverside Humane Society is a nonprofit corporation recognized under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c)(3). We rely solely upon donations and do not receive any financial assistance from any government agencies. Without you, the Pet Adoption Center could not survive.

All donations are distributed as needed to our Day to Day Operations and our Shelter Programs. The Day to Day Operations include the necessary food, shelter, vaccines, veterinary care and medications, and the individual behavior/emotional care all dogs and cats currently in residence. Shelter Programs include Head Start Training for Shelter Dogs, Shelter Cat Socialization, Dog and Cat Stress Reduction, Humane Education and Outreach, Pet Behavior Help Line, Pet Assisted Therapy, Herdina Grant for Veterinary Care, continual animal-behavior training for staff and volunteers, and our website.

Call toll free: (877) 980-2277 or visit www.nationalcharity.com and let them know that the Riverside Humane Society Pet Adoption Center is your charity of choice. They will fill out the paperwork, pick up your vehicle, give you a receipt for up to the full fair market value deduction, and give 100% of the net proceeds to the Riverside Humane Society.
