"PAC" Walk: Walk with Adoptable Pets in Riverside

Experience a heartwarming morning of exercise and connection at the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center's PAC Walk event in Riverside! This free event invites participants 14 years and older to take one of our adoptable pets on a scenic walk alongside staff, volunteers, and fellow community members.

Event Details:

  • Date & Time: Arrive between 7:50–8:00 AM to sign waivers. The walk begins promptly and concludes by 10:00 AM.
  • Route: The 2.20-mile walk starts at the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center and takes you through the picturesque Martha McLean-Anza Narrows Park before returning to the Center. The route features one inclined hill but is otherwise an easy and enjoyable stroll.
  • Requirements: Closed-toed sneakers and long pants are required for safety. Participants must be 14 years or older. No fee or RSVP is needed—just show up and join the fun!
  • Weather: This event is subject to cancellation in case of severe weather conditions.
